Serigraphy is an artistic printing technique for images that involves leaving the special inks to deposit onto a support through the free areas of a textile. The textiles that were originally used were silk based, hence the name seri-graphy.
Vetroin uses this printing technique to decorate its glass parapets, furnishings and elements necessary in many projects for offices that foresee a mezzanine.
Graphic serigraphy is used for publicity or illustrations, the industrial version includes decorations and also sign writing, furthermore it is also used to reproduce images as similar to the original as possible.
For glass parapets, as for dividing panels, Vetroin uses a technique that can be defined as serigraphy, a permanent treatment that uses special inks, through which we can create unlimited designs, as long as we have a model in textile (or plastic material).
The technique is used to decorate glass parapets: very often glass furnishing has a design that is precise, created as one with the surrounding space, and characterized with a repetitive design throughout. Serigraphy is elegant, unobtrusive, not common, simple and discreet. It’s really ideal for glass parapets in offices that mustn’t be distractive or give a sense of unease.
Trust our and our designers and graphic artists, our designs for glass parapets won’t disappoint you.
