VetroIN designs and innovates with the first structural glass partition wall. Patented flush, glue-free and with high anti-seismic performance, Inwall deconstructs the concept of the classic partition wall and promotes the transparent partition for maximum visual communication between rooms.
Characterized by excellent solidity, stability and acoustic quality, Inwall is a hybrid of design and Made in Italy. It is a structural glass partition wall with two innovative systems, patented by VetroIN, which combine architectural style with engineering design.
The glass slabs, aligned on the outer edges, do not have containment profiles or adhesives. The stability and durability of the glass wall are ensured by interlocking connections and invisible mechanisms that support the wall:
To ensure Inwall’s anti-seismic performance, 38 tests were carried out, the results of which reported truly relevant data. In particular, the structural glass partition demonstrated resistance to stresses up to a PGA (Peak ground acceleration) of 12 m / sec2 (a seismic event of dramatic intensity), with zero damage or breakage.
The acoustic tests also proved the excellent performance of the glass partition walls. The results of tests carried out on the double-glazed wall with integrated door returned values up to a noise reduction of 46 dB. This figure is clearly higher than the standards and other proposals on the market.
Inwall defines the spaces and lets the light filter through, which becomes part of the project and the design of the partition.
The structural glass partition wall is available in different models, with sliding or hinged doors, single and double-leaf doors, developed at full height. It can be customized with numerous finishes for profiles, glass and panels.
